In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be a minimum of 21 years of age to register a 555d Account or to use any 555d Service. 555d takes age verification seriously. Registration of an Account by any person below the age of 21 is strictly prohibited. 555d reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where the minimum age requirement cannot be verified to 555d's satisfaction.

2.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) 555d Account only. The opening of multiple Accounts by one individual — whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 555d employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate Accounts. Detection will result in the closure of all duplicate Accounts and may result in permanent exclusion from the Platform.

2.3 Registration Information. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the 555d registration process. You are obligated to update your Account information promptly if it changes. 555d accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate registration information provided by the player.

2.4 KYC Verification. Full withdrawal functionality requires successful completion of KYC verification. You must submit a valid Pakistani Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or an internationally recognised passport. 555d may also request proof of payment method ownership and/or source of funds documentation where required by internal compliance or risk management protocols.

2.5 Account Holder Responsibility. Your 555d Account is for your personal use only. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or grant access to your Account to any third party under any circumstances.

3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 555d login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. 555d will never request your full password via email, live chat, or telephone.

3.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify 555d immediately through the support channels at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. 555d will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials or to notify 555d promptly upon becoming aware of the breach.

3.3 Account Dormancy. An Account that has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months is considered dormant. 555d may apply a monthly administrative fee of PKR 200 to dormant Account balances after written notification to the player's registered contact details. Fees will not reduce any balance below zero.

3.4 Account Closure by Player. You may request closure of your 555d Account at any time by contacting the support team. Prior to closure, any outstanding Real Money Balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to applicable withdrawal conditions and KYC verification requirements. Bonus Balances are forfeited upon voluntary Account closure if associated wagering requirements have not been fulfilled.

4.1 Currency. All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals on the 555d Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied. There are no hidden exchange margin fees.

4.2 Accepted Deposit Methods. 555d currently accepts deposits via the following payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Internet Banking, Meezan Bank, and authorised Cash OTC agent networks. 555d reserves the right to modify accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable prior notice where practicable.

4.3 Minimum Deposit Amounts. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. Current minimums are displayed on the Cashier page within your Account. 555d reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit thresholds at any time.

4.4 Withdrawal Policy. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment channel used for the most recent deposit, subject to channel availability. 555d reserves the right to process withdrawals to alternative verified payment methods where the original channel is unavailable. Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification completion.

4.5 Processing Times. 555d targets withdrawal processing times of 15 to 30 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Actual processing times may vary subject to volume, payment provider processing schedules, and any additional compliance review requirements triggered by risk management systems.

4.6 Deposits for Gaming Purposes Only. Deposits made to the 555d Platform must be made for the purpose of genuine gaming activity. Deposits made for the purposes of exploiting deposit bonuses, abusing payment system credits, or any other non-genuine gaming purpose are prohibited and may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balance.

4.7 Anti-Money Laundering. 555d maintains anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) compliance procedures. 555d reserves the right to request source of funds documentation, to delay or refuse withdrawal processing, and to report suspicious financial activity in accordance with applicable compliance obligations.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonus credits, free spins, cashback awards, loyalty point conversions, and promotional credits (collectively, "Bonuses") are subject to the specific terms of the promotion from which they originate, as well as these General Terms. Where a conflict exists between promotion-specific terms and these General Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that specific Bonus only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in promotion-specific terms, all Bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier — for example, a 20× wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 Bonus requires PKR 20,000 of eligible bets to be placed before the Bonus converts to withdrawable Real Money Balance. Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates per game category are published on the 555d Promotions page.

5.3 One Bonus Per Person. Unless explicitly stated in promotion-specific terms, each promotion is available once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times constitute abuse and may result in Bonus cancellation and Account review.

5.4 Bonus Expiry. All Bonuses are subject to expiry periods, which are stated in the applicable promotion terms. Bonus credits and associated wagering requirement obligations that have not been satisfied by the applicable expiry date will be forfeited automatically.

5.5 555d Loyalty Programme. The 555d Bronze, Silver, and Gold VIP tier loyalty programme operates under separately published programme terms. Loyalty points are earned on eligible real-money wagers at rates determined by tier level. Points are non-transferable and have no cash value outside of the conversion mechanisms defined in the programme terms.

5.6 Withdrawal of Real Money Prior to Bonus Clearance. If you choose to withdraw your Real Money Balance before completing the wagering requirements associated with an active Bonus, the Bonus Balance and any winnings generated from Bonus play up to that point will be forfeited. Withdrawal of Real Money Balance will be processed as normal.

6.1 Game Operation. All casino games on the 555d Platform operate on independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Live dealer games operate using physical equipment — cards, wheels, and dice — in professionally managed studio environments, streamed in real time. 555d does not control or influence the outcomes of any certified game or live dealer result.

6.2 Technical Failures. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, 555d reserves the right to void affected bets and return staked amounts to player balances. 555d will make reasonable efforts to communicate such decisions to affected players in a timely manner.

6.3 Sportsbook Betting Rules. All sports betting on the 555d Platform — including cricket, UFC, and virtual sports markets — is subject to the 555d Sportsbook Rules, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Sportsbook Rules govern market settlement, void conditions, in-play betting rules, and cricket-specific event protocols.

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets on the 555d Platform. Limits are displayed within each game or market before a bet is placed. 555d reserves the right to apply individual account-level betting limits where risk management protocols require it.

6.5 Maximum Win Limits. Certain game types and promotional periods may be subject to maximum win limits. Where applicable, maximum win amounts are disclosed in the relevant game information or promotion terms. Winnings exceeding applicable maximum win limits will be credited only up to the stated maximum.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 555d Platform. Engagement in any of the following activities — whether individually or in concert with others — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent Account closure, and/or forfeiture of Account balances:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any mechanised system to place bets or interact with any part of the Platform without prior written authorisation from 555d;
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit progressive jackpot mechanics, or circumvent Platform integrity controls;
• Engaging in or facilitating chargebacks, fraudulent payment disputes, or any conduct designed to recover deposited funds through payment provider channels after genuine gaming activity has occurred;
• Exploitation of software errors, bugs, or loopholes in any 555d game or system — any winnings resulting from such exploitation will be voided;
• Registering more than one Account or registering an Account on behalf of another person;
• Providing false identity or age information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorism financing, or other criminal activity;
• Systematic exploitation of promotional offers through Bonus abuse strategies, including but not limited to: arbitrage betting across multiple accounts, low-risk bonus clearing strategies where explicitly prohibited, and coordinated promotional exploitation.

8.1 Player Protection Commitment. 555d is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. If gambling ceases to be entertaining and begins to cause financial, emotional, or social harm, 555d urges players to use the responsible gaming tools available within their Account or to seek professional support.

8.2 Available Tools. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 555d Account holders from within their Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly PKR deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable alerts reminding you of elapsed session duration at intervals you define.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying your net gaming activity during the current session.
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary account pause ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, your account is inaccessible for gaming and deposit functions.
• Self-Exclusion: A formal exclusion from the 555d Platform for a minimum period of 6 months, extendable to permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours. Players who self-exclude are contractually prohibited from opening or attempting to open any new 555d Account during the exclusion period.

8.3 Self-Exclusion Obligations. A player who has self-excluded from the 555d Platform agrees not to attempt to circumvent the exclusion by registering under a different name, mobile number, or payment identity. Any Account identified as belonging to a self-excluded individual will be immediately closed and any balance within it will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

8.4 Minor Protection. 555d takes its obligations with respect to minor protection extremely seriously. Players with minors in their household are encouraged to use device-level content filtering tools to prevent underage access to the 555d Platform. All content on the 555d Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, trademarks, logos, trade names, graphical elements, audio elements, database structures, and text content — is the property of 555d or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 555d Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes only. This licence does not grant you any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any 555d Platform content.

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 555d's aggregate liability to any player arising from or in connection with their use of the 555d Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.2 555d shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive losses or damages of any kind, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of anticipated savings, loss of gaming opportunity, loss of data, or any emotional distress, arising from your use or inability to use the 555d Platform.

10.3 555d does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary Platform unavailability. 555d accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform downtime, provided reasonable steps have been taken to minimise disruption.

10.4 Nothing in these Terms operates to exclude or limit 555d's liability for death or personal injury caused by 555d's negligence, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

The collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal data by 555d is governed by the 555d Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference and forms part of the contractual agreement between you and 555d. By registering a 555d Account, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the Privacy Policy.

12.1 555d reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) a breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected; (b) fraudulent activity is detected or suspected; (c) compliance, AML, or KYC requirements cannot be satisfied; or (d) continued Account operation is determined by 555d to present an unacceptable regulatory or legal risk.

12.2 Upon Account termination by 555d for breach of these Terms, any Real Money Balance in the Account may be withheld pending investigation. Any Bonus Balance is forfeited immediately upon termination. 555d will communicate the outcome of any balance review to the player's registered contact details upon conclusion of the investigation.

12.3 Where Account termination is not attributable to player misconduct, 555d will process any available Real Money Balance for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

13.1 These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them, are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with applicable international licensing jurisdiction law under which 555d holds its operating authority.

13.2 In the event of a dispute between you and 555d, you should contact the 555d support team at [email protected] in the first instance. 555d aims to resolve all player complaints fairly and within a reasonable timeframe. The support team will acknowledge complaint receipt within 24 hours and target resolution within five (5) business days for standard complaints.

13.3 Where a complaint cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, disputes may be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism prescribed under 555d's applicable gaming licence authority for independent adjudication.

555d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Account holders via email or platform notification at least fourteen (14) days before taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by law, licensing authority direction, or emergency security considerations.

Continued use of the 555d Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 3.4.

The version number and effective date at the top of this document identifies the current version. Previous versions of these Terms are available from the 555d support team upon request.
